If you’re concerned about your child’s development or your child has recently received a diagnosis, Suffolk County offers programs that can help from infancy through young adulthood.
Programs include:
• Early Intervention (Birth-3): Supports infants and toddlers with developmental delays through evaluations and services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy.
• CPSE (Ages 3-5): Provides special education services and preschool supports for eligible children.
• Children with Special Health Care Needs (Birth-21): Offers resources, care coordination, and support for children with ongoing medical or developmental needs.
